About You:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Employment Services Coordinator (SESC) who can lead a team of staff across our supported employment sites. The role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures high-quality service delivery, and works closely with the leadership team to meet business goals and contractual requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor employee plans, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, data, and reports.
  • Manage incidents, complaints, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with employees, families, and service providers.
  • Coordinate wage assessments and HR documentation.
  • Lead and mentor staff to deliver person-centred support.
  • Oversee daily operations, rosters, and production outcomes.
  • Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience designing and delivering programs for adults with disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS and funding models.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Competent with MS Office and client management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Physically able to perform manual handling tasks.
