You may also have experience in another industries or roles like sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration. These skills can set you up for success in this role

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**_ Find the perfect match_** - you’ll support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.

**Boost Confidence** - You will help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose

**_ Shake Things Up_** - You will provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, making sure every participant has the tools and support for success

**_ Advocating_** - You will be an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments

**To be considered, you will have...**

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- **Available to**work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm**
