Senior Search Consultant

We're now seeking a Senior Search Consultant to support our client's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, coach hiring managers, and shape innovating sourcing strategies that help move mining forwards.

This position begins as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the chance to move into a permanent role.

What you'll do

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment: from job briefs to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and lead sourcing strategies for critical and high-impact roles.
  • Champion the candidate experience through timely, clear communication.
  • Coach hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and market engagement.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search to find and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate across teams to build robust pipelines and talent pools.
  • Lead social media engagement for roles and campaigns.

What you bring

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in mining or heavy industry within an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for white collar technical services roles or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Most importantly, a team player who values relationships and adding value.
  • Confirmation of applicable right to work.
