We're looking for a skilled and passionate chef who truly understands café-style food—especially brunch—and is ready to take ownership of our kitchen.

Role Overview:

We're hiring an experienced Chef who knows what it takes to run a smooth kitchen in a fast-paced café environment. You must have a deep understanding of brunch-style cooking, be confident with both classics and creative dishes, and be able to work efficiently during busy weekend rushes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consistently deliver high-quality café-style dishes, especially brunch
  • Collaborate on menu ideas and seasonal specials
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, stock ordering, and waste control
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work closely with café owners to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook in a café setting (brunch experience essential)
  • Solid understanding of popular café-style dishes and presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
