- Hunt and win new business across Melbourne and wider Victoria
- Manage and grow a portfolio of trade and specifier accounts
- Map projects, drive specification and hold to order
- Present solutions to builders, architects and contractors
- Visit sites, solve problems and support installs
- Build a clean pipeline and forecast with accuracy
The Person
- Proven external sales success in building materials
- Confident dealing with builders, architects and contractors
- Hunter mindset, self-led, organised and commercial
- Experience in render or coatings is highly regarded
- Background in cladding, facades or aligned systems also valued
- Strong presenter who simplifies technical detail
