THE OPPORTUNITY

If you are a senior Dentist driven to add tremendous value to the community while working in a busy, modern and high-end general dental environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

The investment in marketing by this practice is plentiful, the number of patients coming in is abundant, and so is the demand for complex cases.

As such, our client is seeking a Senior Dentist to join a well-equipped, very busy practice in Berwick.

Your primary responsibility will be to take on high-value, more complex cases and do comprehensive dentistry – you can perform your areas of choice, whether it's implants (surgical or restoration), fixed orthodontics, clear aligners, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitations. You'll also, of course, do general dentistry.

This opportunity is for 4 or 4.5 days a week.

  • Full clinical autonomy and the treatments that are done here include implants, oral surgery, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, restorative, general dentistry, fixed orthodontics and clear aligners;

  • Work in a modern practice setting where there are processes, procedures and systems all in place so that you don't need to worry about anything other than the clinical side and serving your patients;
  • Access to a fully equipped practice with high-end supplies, materials, and equipment, including OPG with lat ceph, CEREC, rotary endo, intraoral scanners, surgical and implant kits.
  • Opportunity for you to pass on your knowledge and provide mentorship and guidance where needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a Dentist with at least 6+ years of Australian experience.
  • You're confident, a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator, and relationship-builder;
  • Be a people person and make an impact on the community
  • Your philosophy involves full mouth dentistry, not just single tooth dentistry
  • You prioritise patient education and providing quality care
  • You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
  • You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
  • You are a team player flexible with your schedule and willing to help out where needed.
  • You have AHPRA registration without conditions
  • You hold current professional indemnity insurance
  • You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
