The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Property & Procurement Officer to join our team and take the lead in shaping the places where our business comes to life. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our sites safe, functional, and aligned with our growth plans. From negotiating leases to opening new studios and branches, you'll make sure our properties not only meet expectations but set us up for success, while also leading procurement activities — maintaining policy, reviewing contracts, and driving best-practice sourcing to support our broader organisational goals.
- Leading the process of finding, setting up, and launching new branches and studios
- Managing lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations while building strong landlord and agent relationships
- Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and essential services to keep our sites running smoothly
- Coordinating fit outs, refurbishments, and installations, delivering projects on time and within budget
- Additional procurement activities including motor vehicle fleet management
- Support strategic expansion plans by aligning property and procurement needs with organisational growth objectives
What we're looking for:
- Masters or Diploma in Business, Trade, or a related discipline as well as 6+ years' proven experience
- Strong background in property, maintenance, or procurement
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels (people first approach)
- High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project-driven environments highly regarded
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering results
What's in it for you?
- Joining a growing European leader in manufacturing and distribution
- Working with modern systems, an innovative environment and collaborative team
If you're ready to take the next step in your career and become part of a growing and passionate team, we'd love to hear from you
