About the Role
C4i Solutions is expanding our Melbourne operations, and we're looking to speak with experienced Systems Engineers to support future work opportunities in our Technology Advisory division. This is an expression of interest, and were looking to employ permanently for the right people.
As a Systems Engineer in C4i Solutions, you will play a key role supporting Defence clients within acquisition Projects, across the full engineering lifecycle. Our Technology Specialists provide mission critical solutions and services, to ensure a safe and secure Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review Engineering documentation.
- Attend Engineering management and governance meetings and change review boards.
- Provide Systems Engineering review and support activities including V&V, T&E, Requirements Definition, Design and Systems Integration.
- Develop, maintain, and review engineering artefacts (e.g. SEMP, security documentation, configuration baselines, procedural documentation).
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Defence, industry, and OEMs to ensure compliance, certification, and acceptance of engineering deliverables.
- Apply engineering frameworks and metrics to monitor performance, manage risk, and achieve project objectives.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- An Australian Citizen with a min AGSVA NV1.
- BACH Engineering in either (Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Communications / RF),
- A professional member of Engineers Australia (Preferred)
- ADF Veterans highly regarded. Knowledge of MBSE (Advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience working in Defence Systems Engineering projects.
- Familiarity with Defence Systems Engineering frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
