We have partnered up with a Not-for-profit company to hire an experienced Process Analyst. You will be supporting business requirements and activities for the program, ensuring compliance with business strategy and translating requirements and processes into system configuration artefacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of as-is and to-be business processes, system processes, and data flows
  • Identify inefficiencies, inaccuracies, gaps (including compliance) and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate process workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit business & system process
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation and traceability

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Process Analyst, preferably in transformation programs, including as-is and to-be business and system process design
  • Strong understanding of finance, payroll and/or HCM functions
  • Skilled in BPMN process modelling using tools like Visio or Signavio
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on business process and analysis artefacts
