This is an exciting role, reporting into Finance Operations Manager, you will spend your days visiting our business customers face to face across Perth. No two days will be the same, with this role offering outstanding flexibility and autonomy to manage your day and will suit someone with either a banking or accounting/audit background keen to progress and build their expertise.

Spend your days meeting with our Invoice Finance customers, understanding and analysing their business as an Analyst Field Examiner.

As an Analyst, Field Examiner, you will be joining specialised banking team driving excellence by owning it.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Adhering to travel & expense policy standards whilst maintain
• Plan, schedule, and execute field examinations across Invoice Finance Portfolio.
• Ensure effective management of risk and compliance across all areas of responsibility, upholding all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a close working relationships and strong engagement with business partners and customers to ensure best outcomes are achieved whilst supporting NAB to monitor risks whilst maintaining strength across the control environment.
• A strong focus on customer and the environment, escalating observations which may be different from the normal running of the business.
• Proactively monitor and escalate early warning signs observed during examinations
• Be required to travel across Perth

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Strong banking experience with disciplines in risk management and compliance.
• Experience with Invoice Finance products or similar.
• Valid Australian Driver's License
• Relevant qualifications in a commence or accounting discipline (Desirable)
• CPA or CA (Desirable)
• Proven ability to communicate with influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
