We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Male & Female Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and professional team on the Sunshine Coast, Morton Bay & Gympie areas. We offer regular shift times with the same participant each day/week on a casual basis, so you will always know who you will be supporting. You will be guided by a Team Leader who will be available support you in your role. We have current vacancies with both in-home and community access support. Shift times vary from 2 hours to 8 hours per shift Monday to Sunday. We pay award rates under the SCHADS – Social and community services employee's stream - $43.23 to $44.59 per hours weekdays + allowances and penalties at other times.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification must be obtained within 12 months of commencement.

An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required before starting in this role.

A minimum of 6 months previous disability support experience is required.

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required for this position.
