Due to continued growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing teams. MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
The Business Development Manager will invest time into prospecting, networking to generate leads and build strong client relationships. We will provide you with training, development opportunities and a generous commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert new management opportunities
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and referral relationships
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the property management portfolio
- Attend listing presentations
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless handover and exceptional client experience
- Focus will be on building strong relationships with landlords, investors, and purchasers from sales department
About You
- Previous experience in a real estate BDM or property management role
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Proven knowledge of the real estate market and relevant legislation
- Confident communicator who thrives on networking and relationship building
- Passionate about Property Management, people and service
- Driven, target-focused, and motivated by results
- Strong computer and CRM/database management skills
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Professional and well-presented
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
