Customer Service Officer

Think Higher Consultants is a leading Education and Migration Agency, providing quality services for admissions and visas to international students and migrants.Conveniently located in the Melbourne CBD, 4 minutes walk to Flinder's Street Station, Trams at Door Step, Think Higher offers ongoing training to their staff.
Key Responsibilities;
• Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, and referring help desk callers to appropriate personnel.
• Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the front office / reception area – making sure it is clean and presentable at all times
• Assist in the Enrollment to Institutions for International Students and communications relating to Enrollments
• Maintain meeting booking schedule
• Ad hoc administrative duties
To be successful, you will have a passion for customer service, and be seeking an opportunity to step into a corporate environment and sharpen your professional skills You will be willing to learn, and have a 'can do' attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.

Skills and Experience
• Previous experience working in a similar role within the education industry (preferable)
• Extensive knowledge of the international education sector in Australia (preferable)
• Ability to achieve organisational goals and meet targets in a timely manner
• Strong sales and customer service techniques
• An energetic and creative personality, with a 'can-do' attitude
