Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Vicinity Centres Full time $104,000 - $160,000 per year

We're reimagining the way Australians live, work, and play. We own and manage some of the most recognisable and loved retail destinations across Australia.

We're evolving our portfolio into destinations that offer a broad selection of retail, residential, and office spaces. Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.

We are Vicinity.

Role purpose

The key purpose of the Regional Mall Leasing Manager is to maximise revenue, presentation, and experiences within short-term mall leasing opportunities for a regional portfolio. Prospective tenants are placed in mall locations supported by stakeholders and aligned with the centre precinct plans, strategy, and action plan (VSA). The Regional Mall Leasing Manager is part of the wider Mall Space Leasing team and the broader Vicinity Centres Leasing team, collaborating with Vicinity's centre-based stakeholders to ensure the annual Mall Leasing budget is achieved while enhancing the retail experience. The Regional Mall Leasing Manager is responsible for leading a team to meet and exceed annual mall leasing budgets, maximising the current retailer experience, sourcing new growth opportunities, liaising with stakeholders, and managing budgeting, client invoicing, account reconciliation, and debt collection for multiple centres within a region.

Lead, innovate, and drive revenue growth across a dynamic retail portfolio.

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and commercial strategy? This is your chance to take ownership of a regional portfolio and shape the future of short-term mall leasing experiences for one of Australia's leading retail property groups.

  • Strategic Execution: Align leasing strategies with centre precinct plans and Vicinity's Vision, Strategy, and Action Plans (VSA).

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance with retail display guidelines, manage risk, and ensure seamless execution of leasing processes.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and debt collection with precision and accountability.

  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes for retailers and customers.

What You Bring
