We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Laverton North.

At Nutrien Ag Solutions, we're passionate about supporting Australian growers with high-quality agricultural products. As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, driving safety and quality, and supporting our team through a period of exciting growth and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Coach and support team members to meet performance and development objectives.
  • Manage automated packaging lines, plant equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate stock movement, packaging, dispatch, and uphold GMP standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to optimise workflow.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (agricultural or chemical industry experience preferred).
  • SAP experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
  • Forklift license (essential).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
