3D Earthmoving Pty Ltd stands as one of the largest Wet and Dry Tailings Dam lifters in Western Australia, renowned for our commitment to excellence in earthmoving services. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
**Position Overview:**
This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours, particularly school-based hours. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our operations through effective communication and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism and clarity.
- Match and enter invoices and purchase orders accurately.
- Support various general office tasks as needed.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- General office skills and experience.
- A positive team-oriented attitude.
- A willingness to learn.
