About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, making them feel welcome and supported while keeping our front desk running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting patients and managing bookings

- Answering phones and handling enquiries

- Processing Medicare and private billing claims

- Supporting doctors and nurses with admin tasks

- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
