About the role:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the National Manager, Organisational Development designs and delivers strategies that build and strengthen workforce capability, leadership and culture in line with ACU's mission and strategic objectives. The role develops frameworks and programs across capability, leadership, performance, talent, and engagement to ensure a skilled, adaptable, and future-ready workforce. It anticipates the impacts of AI and other emerging technologies, embedding agility and change readiness into organisational practice.
The position also leads a team of three direct and four indirect reports, providing direction, coaching and development to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. It fosters a collaborative and innovative approach, ensuring organisational development initiatives are well integrated and aligned with broader people strategies.
To be successful, you will be tertiary qualified with demonstrated expertise in designing and embedding leadership, talent, capability, and culture frameworks, combined with advanced program design and facilitation skills. Strong stakeholder partnership, analytical evaluation, communication, and team leadership capabilities are essential.
