Organisational Development and Learning Coordinator

About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our People & Culture team — leading key projects that strengthen our organisational culture, boost workforce capability, and align our people practices with the Council Plan.

You'll shape and deliver innovative Organisational Development and learning strategies, empower leaders through capability-building, and champion initiatives that bring our values to life across the organisation.

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $102.7k (Band 7) plus superannuation.

About You

You're an energetic and forward-thinking Organisational Development and Learning professional who's not afraid to innovate. You bring:

  • Strong experience in organisational development, learning, or workforce planning.
  • The ability to influence, engage, and build capability across all levels.
  • A passion for fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance.
