The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Lead to join our herd of unicorns working on one of the world's biggest brands. As a Data Analytics lead, you will lead in the creation of best in class reporting solutions that help us and our clients make informed decisions for the business. You will be working closely alongside a cross functional team, to design and roll out a reporting solution that empowers our client with data on demand.

Responsibilities
Day to day you'll:

  • Reporting Solution Design: Design and roll out comprehensive automated reporting solution in data bricks.
  • Dashboard Design and Wireframing: Lead the conceptualization and production of intuitive and user-friendly dashboards. Develop wireframes that set the blueprint for visually compelling and data-driven stories.
  • Governance: Implement and promote best practices in data governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Analytical Techniques: Apply advanced analytical techniques, such as predictive modelling and machine learning, to uncover deeper insights from data and support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations to support their strategic goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and propose innovative solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, methodologies, and systems architecture to ensure clarity and facilitate future development and scalability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continually evaluate and suggest improvements for existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications
The person we are looking for has:

  • Minimum of 6 years in data analytics roles working on similar deliverables
  • Deep knowledge of SQL , ( MYSQL, T-SQL), and experience querying databases, (eg; SQL Server Management Studio).
  • Familiarity with Data Bricks or similar platforms. Certification is a significant advantage.
  • AI Native Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies. Use AI co-pilots and other advanced tools to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Deep experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of CRM & customer analytics is essential

Bonus Points For Experience With

  • Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data science techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM platform Braze
  • Experience with data cleaning, data taxonomy and transformation tools.
