About The Role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Data Scientist – Marketing, you'll partner with our Marketing and Digital teams to design, build, and optimise advanced analytics and machine learning models. Your work will directly impact member engagement, growth, and retention by enabling smarter targeting, personalised experiences, and predictive insights.
Day To Day, You'll
- Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to scope and prioritise analytics use cases.
- Develop models for segmentation, propensity scoring, and life event prediction.
- Build real-time "next best experience" models for personalised content and product actions.
- Operationalise models in partnership with data, IT, and marketing teams.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI platforms and model development.
- Forecast media and marketing impact on commercial outcomes.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable visualisations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ART's data standards and reporting protocols.

but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.
About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You have experience in a similar position, either in-house or at a digital agency.
- You've supported full-funnel performance media strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, not just channel metrics.
- You're confident working across digital advertising products like Search, Social, Display, and Affiliates.
- You've used marketing and advertising technologies such as Google Marketing Platform, Adobe, Meta, and Customer Data Platforms to deliver results.
- You know how to leverage analytics platforms and data-driven insights to plan, execute, and measure media performance.
- You're skilled at managing internal stakeholders and aligning them to shared objectives.
- You've worked with vendors or third parties to deliver outcomes within agreed constraints.
- You're comfortable managing budgets and making data-informed decisions.
- You're organised, self-managed, and thrive in complex environments.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
