Position DescriptionDirectly reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Weekly payroll for 100 employees
  • Interpreting various EBAs and awards
  • Payment of superannuation and tax
  • Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing of invoices
  • Handling queries from both suppliers and customers
  • Various reporting duties
  • Providing support to the finance team where required

Ideal CandidateThe successful applicant with have similar proven experience in Payroll & Accounts role and have the following attributes:

  • Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively
  • A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
  • A keen willingness to hit the ground running
  • Excellent communication skills from both a written and verbal perspective
  • High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Honest, reliable and dedicated worker
  • Experience with MYOB is highly desirable
