**About the centre**

RecWest Braybrook is a recreation centre and sports complex located in Kinder Smith Reserve, Braybrook, Melbourne. We are a multi-purpose facility that features a spacious four-court stadium used for basketball, futsal, netball, volleyball, and badminton as well as a mirrored dance/fitness studio, and multi-purpose room. We also run a variety of fun programs and activities to suit both adults and children: from basketball and futsal to gymnastics, soccer, and our school holiday sports clinic.

**About the role**
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Assisting customers with enquiries and program enrolments
- Handling kiosk sales and cash transactions
- Performing operational duties such as stadium set up and pack down
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment within the stadium
- Responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback
- Providing directions and assistance to customers during open hours
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the stadium.

This role is being offered as either Part-Time or Casual, with an hourly rate of $23.55 (+25% casual loading) + Super.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Working with Children Card (employee check)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a fluid environment
- Knowledge and understanding of stadium operations and community sport will be
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
