Exciting opportunities have arisen for Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Officers to join their team based in Braybrook, on a long term basis.

**Position Description**
Reporting to a supportive Team Leader, these roles are critical to supporting the business and customers. These are newly created and diverse roles which are opportunities to learn and develop, whilst working within a supportive team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:

- Communicating with internal customers via telephone, electronically or in person in relation to product or service enquiries.
- Processing invoices
- Allocation and receipting of payments
- Set up new customers and accounts
- Daily banking
- Additional ad hoc tasks as required

The successful applicants will have proven experience in similar Accounts Receivable or Customer Service roles, as well as the following attributes:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving skills with a pro-active approach
- Detail orientated and a keen eye for detail
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
