Administrative Assistant

We're seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our corporate team and provide high-level assistance to the CEO on a part-time/full time basis.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, coordinating schedules, supporting leadership, and contributing to business operations and organisational growth.
You'll play a key part in maintaining office efficiency, managing communications, and assisting with projects that span administration, HR, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO and executive team.
Track key organisational deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions.
Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and internal communications.
Support HR activities such as employee inductions, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives.
Help manage internal documentation, records, and office systems.
Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives, supporting content development and event coordination.
Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the business.
Undertake general administrative and operational support tasks as required by the Executive Team.

Prior administration or office support experience (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
