**Burger Urge Recruitment Coordinator**

Burger Urge (BU) kicked off 16 years ago with a mission to reclaim the burger We firmly believe in crafting burgers the way they were meant to be, using top-notch local ingredients, and creating delicious and environmentally sustainable recipes.

We take great pride in serving up seriously fantastic burgers and ensuring that our guests have an absolute blast while savouring every bite.

Burger Urge is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter (or HR Co-ordinator experienced in recruitment) to join our team and help us find and retain the best talent for our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on talent strategies with HR Adviser for attraction, management, and retention.
- Partner with operational leads to align recruitment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and pre-employment checks.
- Own the onboarding process for a seamless new hire integration.
- Lead the concierge project, proactively following up with new hires.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and administer the Livehire platform.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years work experience with 2 years demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Relevant undergraduate degree or certificate
- Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices
- Experience with contemporary Human Resources practices and legislation
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
