POSITIONS VACANT – Toyota Workshop Manager

We are looking for an individual to manage a large workshop currently servicing and repairing around 100 vehicles on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Group Service Operations Manager, you will control the operations of the 33 bays in workshop area including workshop diaries, managing a staff of around 40 technicians and controllers, and ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of workshop functions and equipment in line with franchise and internal guidelines.

APPLICANTS MUST:

· Have a positive attitude and a focus on building and maintaining a strong team environment

· Have experience leading and managing workshop teams and operations

· Understand that customer satisfaction is the overarching priority in all work undertaken

· Have previous experience working with an automotive franchise and be familiar with common franchise processes and procedures

· Ensure that safe work practices and environments are maintained

· Have a strong focus on quality control

· Be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

· Be experienced in setting and tracking workshop KPIs including utilisation, rework, and profitability

Previous experience with a large franchise and/or Tune DMS is an advantage but not mandatory.
