Unique Building Partners is a fast-growing construction company specialising in insurance building works across Queensland and New South Wales. We partner with major insurers and loss adjusters to deliver timely, high-quality repairs to homes and commercial properties affected by damage or disaster.

We're on the lookout for an ambitious, self-starting individual to join our supportive and collaborative team at our Tweed Heads office—with a planned relocation to Burleigh Heads in late 2025.

Your Role:

As a key member of our Insurance Administration Team, you'll work alongside three other team members in the Tweed Heads office while connecting virtually with our Central Insurance Team. You will be a vital part of the team, helping our Site Supervisors, Insurance Director, Operations Manager, and Office Manager keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to enquiries from clients (Insured, Insurer, Loss Adjusters) via phone, email, and online portals.

  • Preparing contracts and scope of works for building projects.

  • Scheduling assessments and inspections for clients and estimators.

  • Processing job requests and updating both internal systems and client portals.

  • Liaising with clients and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication.

  • Providing milestone updates across internal and external systems.

  • Assisting Building Coordinators and providing administrative support to the Operations and Office Managers.

  • Performing ad hoc duties and errands as required.
