**Your Role**

As a Maintenance/Handyperson you'll be looking after the facility and grounds for the most important people in our organisation - our clients.

Your tasks will include:

- Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of all equipment before leaving the Facility each day
- Manage garbage disposal by ensuring that refuse bins are always properly loaded, positioned for pick up and cleaned after pick up
- Maintain maintenance schedules outlined in the duties list and ensure all scheduled checks are carried out
- Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles (as required)
- Undertake courier and delivery duties (as required)
- Liaising with the gardening team as required

**Role Requirements**
- A Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related area and/or A trade Qualification in the building industry, e.g. Carpentry/building (desirable)
- Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Demonstrated experience in stock management
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in basic administration
- Good computer and mobile device skills
