Clinical Care Manager - Relocate to regional NSW

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Manager to join a well-established small residential aged care facility in Regional NSW

This role is ideal for a qualified and motivated leader ready to take the next step in their career and drive excellence in care delivery and compliance.

This permanent full-time role offers the chance to lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You'll be instrumental in ensuring high standards of person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance. 

To be successful you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing clinical care in an aged care setting
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development
  • Proven ability to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional shift coverage
  • High level of organisation and adaptability, with a commitment to innovation and excellence
