End-to-End Lending Consultant

Location: Australia (Remote/Onsite options)

(OTE): $200K+

About the Role

We're seeking a driven and client-focused
End-to-End Lending Consultant
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on guiding clients through the
entire home loan journey
— from the first conversation to settlement — while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    complete lending process
    from lead to loan settlement.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored residential & investment loan solutions.
  • Prepare, package, and submit applications to banks and non-bank lenders.
  • Handle complex structures including
    Trusts, SMSFs, and multi-property portfolios
    .
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide post-settlement client care to build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with admin, paraplanner, and business development teams to maximise success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
    (Diploma preferred).
  • Proven track record in residential or investment lending.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high settlement volumes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
