Overview

Lead strategy and innovation to drive sustainable growth and exceptional customer outcomes in Trade & Working Capital (TWC) Lending products at NAB.

Responsibilities
  • Set and drive the TWC lending product strategy and roadmap to deliver business and customer outcomes, manage risks and drive sustainable lending growth.
  • Lead the TWC Lending team to deliver outcomes aligned to the Trade and Transactional Banking Strategy, including: end-to-end product and process management; product simplification; market-leading customer experience; setting the strategic direction and delivering change; driving technology and operational excellence; optimise portfolio performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience and industry knowledge across banking, lending, and product management.
  • Experience managing operational and credit risk with deep understanding of relevant operational risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in fostering strong team engagement and a high performing culture.
  • Strong banking experience.
