Role Title:  Implementation Consultant- RealTime

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our RealTime implementation Team.

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):-

  • Consulting with clients to define their requirements.
  • Managing full implementation lifecycle. (Time & Attendance products)
  • Successfully implement products and associated services within required timeframes.
  • Conduct post implementation reviews and share learnings for continuous improvement.

This role is based in our new state-of-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station).  We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:-

  • Excellent understanding of payroll, payroll applications including Time & Attendance and processing
  • Demonstrated experience within an Implementation environment (preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service / client facing consulting experience within an Implementation / Service Delivery environment.
  • Highly effective communications skills (both written and verbal).
