About the role:
As a Coordinator, Training, you are responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content across formats, with a strong foundation in adult learning principles that inform training design and delivery.
You will build impactful content and videos using PowerPoint, Rise 360, Storyline, and video editing platforms, creating interactive, responsive eLearning modules aligned with learning objectives.
As a Coordinator, Training you will:
- Design and facilitate training sessions that support learner engagement across diverse audiences
- Craft clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content across formats
- Apply adult learning design principles to training design and delivery
- Confidently facilitate sessions and support learner engagement across diverse audiences
- Apply your expertise in graphic and infographic design to enable visual storytelling and simplify complex ideas
To be successful, you'll have:
- A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in designing, developing, and evaluating learning experiences using structured methodologies.
- Comfort in building impactful assets using PowerPoint, Rise 360, Storyline, and video editing platforms.
- Ability to create interactive, responsive eLearning modules that align with learning objectives and user needs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems for publishing, tracking, and reporting on training content and learner progress.
