We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Church Street Children's Centre.

At our purpose-built centre in West Footscray, we provide a welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

Our play-based program builds children's confidence and skills, preparing them for a successful transition to school.

This is an ongoing, full-time position, with a rotating roster between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

  • You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Police Check and a first aid certificate.

  • You'll create a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and grow.
  • You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
  • You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
  • You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
  • Support daily operations by managing open and close responsibilities and serving as the Responsible Person
