Client Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to lead strategic relationships with a portfolio of superannuation clients. This is a senior role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving commercial growth, and aligning our delivery with client goals and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll:

• Own and manage the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, acting as the senior escalation point for service issues and risk events
• Collaborate across MUFG RS to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client strategies
• Represent MUFG RS in external meetings including boards, sub-committees, and strategic planning sessions
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture and support capability uplift
• Drive continuous improvement across operational delivery, governance, and reporting
• Partner with clients on member retention and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Contribute to strategic projects and customised service enhancements tailored to each fund
• Champion MUFG RS values and inclusive practices in every aspect of client delivery

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in client relationship within Superannuation is essential
• A strong delivery mindset to ensure clients needs are met
• A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives or transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field (desirable)
