As the key orchestrator of client success, you'll have the authority and accountability to ensure exceptional experiences from pre-sales through delivery, serving as the trusted bridge between innovative technology and measurable business outcomes.

The Client Delivery Partner is accountable for end-to-end delivery from pre-sales to delivery. Responsible for a holistic healthy client experience.

• Drive Strategic Growth - Transform business operations by identifying breakthrough opportunities and partnering with Lead Account/Client Executives to unlock new value streams

• Lead Enterprise Transformation - Spearhead large-scale initiatives that modernize customer experiences, taking accountability for ACV, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing risks

• Build C-Level Partnerships - Forge trusted relationships with banking executives and stakeholders, serving as their strategic advisor who translates complex technical concepts into clear business value

• Architect Success - Design effective delivery strategies that maximize ROI while ensuring clients leverage Pega's full capabilities across their digital ecosystem

• Champion Innovation - Accelerate time-to-value by pioneering new methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and emerging platform capabilities that keep pace with evolving customer expectations

• Orchestrate Excellence - Create seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring Pega experts, clients, and partners work in perfect harmony toward shared objectives

• Drive Continuous Evolution - Establish feedback loops between clients and engineering teams, capturing insights that fuel product innovation and maintain currency with the rapidly changing customer landscape

You're a strategic orchestrator who thrives at the intersection of banking innovation and technology excellence. Your natural ability to build authentic connections ignites enthusiasm across stakeholders - from technical teams to C-suite executives. When complex challenges arise, your problem-solving instincts and deep understanding of digital transformation enable you to navigate with confidence and clarity.

Your experience over many years in the tech industry would give you the credibility to work at General Manager level within a major bank. This is a senior role, so your career history needs to reflect this seniority. 

• Proven track record in consulting sales and delivery leadership within enterprise environments

• Expert-level experience in enterprise software delivery and client relationship management

• Knowledge of Pega products and implementation methodologies is beneficial, with appreciation for modernization trends

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships in complex organizations

• Strong grasp of business strategy, digital transformation, and the evolving banking landscape

• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence and impact clients and partners

• Track record of identifying and resolving project challenges while maintaining strategic focus

• Experience planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across teams and organizations
