Do you possess the below skills:

  • Sales, Retail or trade experience
  • Trade / trade salesexperience highly regarded. We're also keen to talk to tradieswanting to put down the tools.
  • Track record which shows ability to work to KPIs
  • Ability to work with and understand tools/power tools and maintain a high level of safety standards
  • Confident with computer software's

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Processing over-the-counter/phone sale transactions
  • Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
  • Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
  • Merchandising and store displays
  • Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
  • Must be able to work weekends

The Company

We are one of Australia's largest wholesalers and retailers of industrial tools, consumables, and accessories for almost 20 years, supplying premium quality tools, consumables, and accessories to all industries including the construction, mining, agriculture, and automotive industry.

Due to business growth, we are seeking a Senior Retail Trade Sales Specialist to join one of our stores in Penrith, Smithfield & North Parramatta NSW.
