LOVR AGENCY is a bespoke creative agency. We work with industry leaders. We're seeking a motivated and organised individual to work alongside the Creative Director and Managing Director.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • working alongside our Creative Director and assisting with the project management of workflow
  • creative briefs
  • assisting with content shoots
  • reviewing staging sites
  • scheduling meetings
  • using G-suite
  • responding to emails
  • creating client questionnaires
  • activating / scheduling social media content
  • activating email campaigns in Klaviyo
  • helping the Managing Director with meeting preparations
  • ensuring the LOVR AGENCY team has access to the files they need
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administration role

Previous experience working as an executive assistant, creative assistant, stylist, administrator or project manager is desirable. Remuneration to be commensurate with experience.
