In this role, you will be responsible for the assembling of name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products. Most of the work centres around name badge assembly executing consistent repeat processes that require a high attention to detail.

This role also involves order assembly, order picking & dispatch.

Being comfortable with inventory and ordering systems, customer e-mails and shipping & dispatch

This role will also be required to provide supervision and guidance to peers in the dispatch and assembly team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assemble name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products.
  • On time & accurate packing, assembly & shipping of orders.
  • Invoicing & dispatch documentation.
  • Providing guidance to peers, managing workload & flow and some coaching and supervision capability.
  • The ability to prioritise activities based on deadlines and due dates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Provide assistance in other departments as needed, based on skills and experience.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and quality control

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and dispatch.
  • Proficient with ordering & dispatch software.
  • Proficient  with managing e-mail requests with clear communication.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organised & deadline focussed.
  • Previous experience in assembly, packing, or dispatch roles is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production processes.
  • Flexibility to work full time hours ranging between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on a Monday to Friday roster.
