Brighta, a leading strategic B2B marketing agency, is looking for an On-Site Marketing Co-ordinator to be based within one of our key clients' operations in Eastern Creek. This client has a serious appetite for marketing - you'll be their go-to person on the ground, working closely with Brighta's wider team.
This role is perfect for a marketer who's organised, proactive, and excited by the idea of being "in the business" day-to-day, helping keep the marketing plan moving and on track.
What You'll Be DoingDay-to-Day Marketing Co-ordination
- Be the on-site Brighta representative within the client's business.
- Work closely with their marketing, sales and operations teams to keep everyone aligned on priorities.
- Help ensure the Marketing Roadmap and activation plan are progressing week to week.
Campaign & Project Co-ordination
- Co-ordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns from brief through to execution.
- Turn business needs into clear, actionable briefs for Brighta's specialists (digital, content, creative, etc.).
- Manage timelines, tasks and approvals in ClickUp, keeping projects on schedule and stakeholders updated.
Content & Creative Support
- Help extract campaign ideas and content from key people in the business (e.g. sales, ops, leadership).
- Co-ordinate the creation of social posts, blogs, email campaigns and other digital content with the Brighta team.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and aligned with the client's tone and objectives.
Reporting & Insights
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports - pulling together results, key learnings and next steps.
- Use data and feedback to help suggest improvements to campaigns and activity.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Review work before it goes live to maintain Brighta's quality standards.
- Flag opportunities to improve the plan, test new ideas and support the client's growth objectives.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing co-ordinator, marketing executive or similar role.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, paid social is a plus).
- Strong content instincts - you know how to pull ideas out of stakeholders and turn them into actionable briefs.
- Solid experience using project and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp, Slack, Figma, Filestage or similar).
- Confidence running weekly WIP meetings, chasing actions and keeping everyone accountable.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working embedded within a client's team while supported by an agency.
Tools You'll Use
- ClickUp, Office365/Google Suite - your daily hub for tasks, planning and communication.
- Figma, Slack, Filestage - for content review, feedback and creative collaboration with the Brighta team.
