About You

As a 
Leader of Wellbeing (Year Coordinator),
 you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. The Leader of Wellbeing (Year Coordinator) position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

  • create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
  • utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  • employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
  • support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  • demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
  • integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

  • a tertiary qualification in Education
  • eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
