Applications Operations Manager
, where you'll lead the delivery and evolution of clinical applications, supporting more than 10,000 caregivers.

About the Role

As Applications Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the delivery, support, and enhancement of clinical and hospital applications.
  • Lead a team of skilled Health Applications Technology professionals.
  • Partner with external vendors to manage over $3M in services.
  • Drive standardization and consolidation of clinical systems.
  • Ensure compliance, licensing, and audit readiness across all systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, project planning, and business requirements.
  • Maintain service quality through ITIL-aligned processes and proactive incident management.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise application systems.
  • Strong understanding of hospital or corporate systems and contemporary healthcare IT trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Prince2, Agile).
  • Experience with systems such as PCEHR, NASH, Oracle eBusiness, HR/Payroll, or Kronos is highly desirable.
