Your Role

As Service Technician, you will represent PILLER at various installations in Oceania and ensure the reliable operation of our systems at customer sites.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Commissioning, installation, inspection, and maintenance of our systems at  customer sites

  • Typical activities include:

  • Mechanical connection of peripheral equipment

  • Parameterization of drive control systems
  • Testing and commissioning of frequency converters
  • Alignment of blowers and balancing of impellers on-site
  • Vibration measurement and monitoring
  • Maintenance of electric motors
  • Commissioning of measuring systems and sensors

What You Bring

  • Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electronics Technician or similar technical qualification
  • Passion for working with both people and machines
  • Intercultural competence and high willingness to travel

  • Ideally, first experience in customer service and knowledge of:

  • Drive technology

  • Power electronics
  • Measurement and control technology
  • Sensor systems

  • Hydraulics and/or oil supply systems

  • Familiarity with rotary equipment (e.g., compressors or blowers) is beneficial, but can also be developed during training

  • Applicants residing within proximity to our office will be highly regarded.
