About the Role:
We're excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Assistant at our vibrant Petersham store. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether answering queries, resolving issues, or guiding them through our products and services, your goal will be to provide outstanding service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

· Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns and determining the best solution

· Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

· Maintain customer records by updating account information

· Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
