All-Rounder – Bartender, Barista

The Bungalow Petersham is a vibrant café, restaurant, and bar in the heart of Petersham. We're passionate about great food, drinks, and warm hospitality, and we're looking for an experienced all-rounder to join our team.

The Role

We're seeking someone who can confidently work across:

• Cocktail bartending – mixing classic and signature cocktails
• Barista duties – making great coffee to a high standard
• Waitstaff service – taking orders, running food & drinks, and providing excellent customer service

This is a part-time role of around 22 hours per week with staff meals provided and tips shared.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Australia in bartending, barista work, and waitstaff service (essential)
• Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to make quality coffee
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $24.95 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
