Barista/All Rounder

We are a friendly Inner west cafe, serving quality coffee and food with a smile for over 10 years.

This Barista All Rounder position will suit someone looking to work in a day time environment, early start and early finish. The role will be around 43 hours (5 days) roster, 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day or 3 weekdays + 2 weekends

Need someone flexible on days, smart and quick on their feet.

Responsibilities:

• Run Coffee and beverage operation and customer servicing

• control stock level and ordering stock

• maintain general cleanliness of the coffee section and the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year Barista experience in a similar environment (6-8kgs + per day)

• comfortable to handle consistent coffee shot, milk texture and temperature in a busy environment

• organised (we are a small team of predominant Barista all rounders, depending on how busy, we interchange our roles between coffee making, cleaning and customer service)

• Responsible (know how to work within a team as well as by yourself)
