As Centre Director, you'll lead a passionate team, drive continuous improvement, and create a nurturing space where children aged 6 weeks to 5 years grow, explore and thrive.

  • Lead daily operations, staff management, and service performance
  • Deliver high-quality, inclusive early education programs
  • Build a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for children

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Centre Director/Manager
  • Diploma of Children's Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Blue Card + First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Deep knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
  • Strong communication, leadership and admin/financial skills (Xplor preferred)
