Opened in May 2023, First5Years Emerald is a new, 93-place centre, featuring 6 classrooms, an industry leading playscape, and a fabulous working environment. The Role: As a Lead Educator, you are an integral member of our early years education community, you will play a crucial role in leading our Assistant Educators and guiding children to play, learn, and grow. This role is a collaborative one, working with other Educators within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You will prioritise the needs of the children, their safety, and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children. This is a permanent role, and is full time. You must hold your Diploma OR be studying towards your Diploma (with less than 6 months until completion) OR be studying your Bachelor of Education.
