The Role: As an Assistant Educator you play a vital role in our children's learning and development, building bonds with our young friends and their families. This is a collaborative role that requires you to work as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for the children in our care. This role also requires you to contribute to documenting children's progress and ensuring that the learning environment aligns with regulatory and safety standards by working with your Lead Educator. An Assistant Educator assists with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest times, all while fostering positive relationships with children. You will prioritise the needs of the children, their safety, and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children. You must hold your Certificate III or Diploma in Early Years Education, or be studying towards one of these qualifications.
